About This Activity
Description
Dance your way into fitness with these classes! Beginner to intermediate dance fitness classes for any age 18 and up (or 15 and up with a parent also enrolled in the class). Classes are designed to improve cardiovascular health and coordination, burn calories, and have fun while moving your body to fun rhythms! No equipment or experience required. Wear comfortable athletic clothing and tennis shoes and bring a water bottle.
