About This Activity
The 10 week co-ed Starz Soccer and Flag Football Program is perfect for children who want to learn the fundamentals of the sports while gaining balance, building athletic ability, and having fun! Some skills included in the soccer portion of this class will be ball control, passing, defending, and shooting. Flag football sessions will include throwing, catching, and some basic route running and team strategy. This non-competitive enrichment class is designed for children to increase self-esteem, develop teamwork and sportsmanship, and practice body control. Our soccer and football class provides a nurturing environment and utilizes safe, age-appropriate equipment to practice gross motor skills.
