This activity is closed to further registration.
Through 3 categories of traning, participants are able to focus the mind and body towards a target and combine it with proper timing to deliver a devastating blow to a would be attacker. Practicing traditional karate tones the body, develops composure, increases one's self confidence and heightens one's sense of awareness to help avoid danderous situations.
