OLu Hockey welcomes you to become a LANCER IN TRAINING! Join our middle school Hockey Specific Strength & Conditioning Program led by Coach PJ Musico who has 10+ years of experience training hockey players ranging from Pro, College, Junior, and AAA. This program is designed for 6th-8th graders to experience how hockey players should be training off-ice. If your goal is to become a better hockey player this is where the foundation is solidified. With a focus on Power, Explosiveness, Speed, Strength, Hip Mobility, and overall health, this program will help improve your performance on the ice. Building a strong foundation allows us to level up the off-ice experience to start to introduce more hockey-specific training modalities at an earlier age that can then translate immediately into their game on the ice.
