Each day consists of a cardio warm up stretching, strengthening exercises, and a few Yoga poses for increased flexibility. A sport skill, fun fitness game, and or nutritional lesson will round out the class. Intensity is adjusted appropriately for each grade level. Please have your child wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle.
