Level 1-4. Are you looking for a fun way to get in shape and feel strong on your feet? Challenge yourself with cardiovascular movements infused with interval training and strength training that are core focused. Pilates mat work rounds out this complete workout for all levels. Half of the class is done barefoot. Please bring a mat, hand weights and a water bottle. Instructor: Amy Leighton, over 15 years experience. 10 weeks.
