GENERAL INFORMATIONMichigan Baseball Camps are designed to give players both mental and physical tools which will allow them to reach their maximum potential. These camps provide opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels. Led by Coach Erik Bakich and his staff, each camp puts a great emphasis on player safety and attention to detail. Staff ratios are some of the best in the country at better than 1 to 8. We look forward to seeing you this summer! MEDICAL STAFF: We will have a First Responder on site at all times for any issues that may arise.
CAMP DETAILSThe 2016 Wolverine Experience is our most comprehensive camp of the summer. Players will learn what it is like to be a Michigan Baseball Player for a week. Skill Development, Team Fundamentals, Mental Game Skills, and many other topics are covered throughout the week. Players will have practice sessions with their teams and compete in live games on the field throughout the week. At the end of the week, players will be given a hand written evaluation of ways to take their game to the next level. CHECK-IN: OVERNIGHTERS – 4 pm Monday / COMMUTERS – 5 pm Monday CAMP HOURS: Monday: 6 pm – 9:30 pm / Tuesday and Wednesday: 9 am – 9 pm / Thursday: 9 am – 5 pm MEALS OVERNIGHTERS: ALL MEALS PROVIDED / COMMUTERS: Lunch and Dinner each day PARENTS: Are welcome to attend and watch as much or as little as they would like. We ask that you remain off the playing field and out of the indoor hitting facility. WHAT TO BRING: All baseball equipment (Gloves, Pants, Cleats, Tennis Shoes, Helmets, Bats, Catcher’s Gear) PLAYERS RECEIVE: T-Shirt / Hat / Custom Jersey / Handwritten Evaluation LAUNDRY: Will be provided each night. Players are encouraged to bring a change of clothes and tennis shoes to the field each day.
