Grades: 4th-5th. Dive headfirst into the world of media! Whether you dream of becoming a news anchor, radio host, or YouTube star, acquire the basic skills of broadcasting in a creative, fun, and exciting way. Through hands-on activities, learn how to use a microphone, speak clearly, tell great stories, conduct compelling interviews, edit and mix music, and present confidently behind the microphone. At the end of the class, show off your newfound skills by creating your very own show or podcast and sharing it online for your family and friends to enjoy. Instructor: Brian Scott & Broadcast Boot Camp staff. 6 classes. No class 4/23.
