Re-balance and align your hips, pelvis and spine. Your joints will thank you! Balanced movement in the hips, pelvis and spine can help promote long-term health of your joints as well as make moving (whether walking, running, swimming, biking) more pleasant and fun. Learn Feldenkrais Method® exercises that gently address the entire postural pattern that leads to imbalance. Please bring one 6" x 36" foam roller for this series. Audio recordings and/or outlines will be provided to assist in developing your home practice. 2 classes.
