Level 2-3. Do you prefer a mellow yoga practice that seeks to unify body and mind? This balanced form of yoga will use a combination of asanas, breathing techniques and relaxation to increase your balance, strength, flexibility and steady your mind. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket or towel. Instructor: Jeanne Hagadone, RYT 200. 10 weeks. No class 11/23.
