Description
Ages 9 - 17. Join us for an action-packed week of strength, skill, and fun! This 5-day camp focuses on Olympic-style weightlifting and functional strength training. Each day features 3 hours of guided instruction and hands-on activities led by certified coaches in a safe and supportive environment. Campers will learn how to safely build strength (and confidence), through age-appropriate weight training; all while developing better coordination, flexibility, and discipline through engaging exercises. At the end of each day, campers will learn about the importance of recovery following exercise, and they will do so through techniques such as stretching and mobility exercises. This camp is for those who love to move, and is perfect for beginners; as well as those with prior experience. Instructors: Lily Weightlifting Staff. Monday - Friday.
