A great follow-up to Learn to Sew 1.Do you have an old favorite that is out of fashion now? Find a horrible dress in beautiful fabric? No problem! This class discusses ways that imperfect clothing can be reworked into new items, such as converting an outdated dress or skirt into a modern skirt, adult shirt into child's dress, oversized knit top into fitted top, adult long-sleeved top into baby pants, and more. In the first class, you receive detailed instructions on selecting materials for two in-class projects of your choice. Sewing machines are provided but you may bring your own, if preferred. Prerequisite: Learn to Sew 1 or comparable experience. Instructor: Patricia Na. 4 weeks.
Please note the class dates are now 11/7 - 11/28, this is a change from the printed catalog.
