Level 2-5. Looking for a mind body practice done to music that will challenge your whole body while calming your mind? Weight training through the use of your own body weight will increase your lean body mass while improving your strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Any yoga or Pilates experience is recommended. Practiced barefoot. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Instructor: Victoria Cendrowski, M.Ed, over 40 years experience. 10 weeks.
