HANDS ON/DEMO Francesca walks you through making gnocchi, a homemade potato and squash dumpling, tossed in a cream, butter and sage sauce and then topped with truffle oil and parmigiano cheese. She then teaches you to make scialatielli, a semolina flour pasta cut into short, wide strips and tossed in a sauce of shellfish, white wine, fresh tomatoes and herbs. Bring your appetite!
