Grades 3rd-5th. An engaging, beginner-friendly class where you can explore the basics of Wushu and Tai Chi through fun, and playful exercises. Build coordination, balance, focus, and confidence while learning basic stances, kicks, jumps, and simple forms in a supportive, inclusive environment. Gentle Tai Chi movements bring a calm, focused finish to each class, helping you relax, breathe, and build mindfulness and body awareness. This class is perfect for beginners or those new to martial arts, helping you move, grow, and have fun! Instructor: Vincent van Drongelen. 6 classes.
