Description
Grades 3rd-5th. Get ready to create, experiment, and explore in this hands-on class for young innovators. Dive into exciting projects that combine creativity with problem-solving, from designing simple machines to creating 3D art to conducting cool science experiments. Activities will include: chain reactions, small machine paper playgrounds, paper mache art, a STEM castle project, newspaper and textured art on canvas, and sculpture painting. Through teamwork, critical thinking, and imagination, develop essential skills while having fun discovering the connections between science, engineering, and the arts. Instructor: Shona Terpay. 6 classes. No class 5/6.
