More help for your jaw! This time do movement patterns to gently lengthen your neck and the rest of your spine to help you sit and stand taller as well as melt away stress and strain from your jaw. You do not need to attend Part 1 to benefit, however it is encouraged. 1 class.

Instructor: Dale Jensen, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner
Dale Jensen is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. He has a long-standing interest in teaching, movement, well-being, and healing. He brings his experience as an environmental educator, a physics instructor, technical trainer, meditator, and aikido practitioner to his Feldenkrais teaching. When not studying Feldenkrais, he spends his time playing football and building Legos with his two boys, growing his garden, cooking, and spending time with his wife.
Active in the Feldenkrais community, Dale currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Feldenkrais Guild of North America and volunteers his IT skills in various capacities.
