Level 1-4. Experience invigorating yoga postures using the methods of BKS Iyengar to strengthen the body, create a feeling of wellbeing, reduce stress and release tension through physical activity and meditation. The use of yoga props (provided or bring your own) and individualized teaching are emphasized so students of varying experience, ages, flexibility and strength can participate together. You need to be able to get down to and up from the floor. Instructor: David Rosenberg, CYI, over 20 years experience. 12 weeks.
If you have to miss any classes, ask your instructor for a make up slip that can be used in designated Fitness or Yoga classes.
