Level 2-4. Practice both yin and yang styles of yoga. You will open the dense connective tissues of the lower body in grounding yin postures, followed by a flowing yang practice, connecting breath to movement while increasing flexibility and strength. Some yoga experience recommended. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket or towel. Instructor: Jeanne Hagadone, RYT 200. 10 weeks. No class 11/21.
If you have to miss any classes, ask your instructor for a make up slip that can be used in designated Fitness or Yoga classes.
