Hands Dirty, Feet Wet – Nature Playdates Wednesday, January 25, 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. All ages, Free. Bring your children for a nature playdate at our “Nature: Explore” space, where they can build snow forts, climb on logs, jump stump to stump, balance rocks, and connect with their world. No screens, no plans, no slides or swings, rather loads of unstructured imagination and creativity. Stay as long as you like, pack a picnic, and enjoy the view! “If we are going to save environmentalism and the environment, we must also save an endangered indicator species: the child in nature.” - Richard Louv. Please register in advance. Please sign up all participating children, and adults are expected to stay with children. Please sign up in advance, registration closes the night before the program.
