Wildcats Track Club offers an engaging track and field experience focusing on proper running form, speed, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, and essential life skills like teamwork, respect, and perseverance. Participants aged 5–16 will engage in a 15-minute dynamic warm-up followed by 60 minutes of structured speed and conditioning exercises. The club includes 16 total sessions, a club t-shirt, and entry into local track meets. Meets (optional) will offer events such as sprints (50m, 100m, 200m, 400m), hurdles, relay races, long jump, and distance events (800m, 1600m). The program runs from June 2 to July 23, **No practice the week of June 30th** Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am–10:15 am at Arvada West High School.
