Advanced Swimmers are able to swim crawl stroke for 100 yards using bi-lateral breathing, 100 yards of breaststroke, elementary back, back crawl and sidestroke. Perform the lifesaving sidestroke (one-armed sidestroke w/ inverted kick) for 50 yards, and butterfly 25 yards with fins. Tread water 6 minutes using all four kicks. Swim underwater three-four body lengths. Properly use mask and snorkel. Flip turns for back and crawl strokes.
