Learn basic boxing skills and drills. Strength and conditioning exercises specific to boxing develop over all fitness. You will practice various punches on punching mitts and a heavy bag. No person to person sparring will be allowed to assure participant safety.
Bring a water bottle and small sweat towel. Athetic shoes. No flip flops or sandals.
