About This Activity

The Regents Knight Boys Summer Camp will feature technical and fundamental basketball instruction, emphasizing a fast-paced, intense, "circuit-training". It is perfectly suited for all shapes, sizes and skill levels from the beginner to the high level player. The secret to delivering the training is through smart repetitions or what we like to call the “SMART” training concept which is spelled out in an acronym below: Smart circuit drills Maximized timed sessions Aggressive Attitude Reinforced FUNdamentals Teaching Techniques. Campers will receive daily instruction from Coach Mark McKnight and Special Guest Trainer Coach Brandon Thomas of “BEAST” – Basketball Training Campers will learn: Ball handling – (Advanced and Beginner), Proper shooting mechanics, Offensive attack moves, Defensive Techniques, Footwork and agility, Basketball conditioning and endurance, Life skills lessons. This is not a "baby-sitting" service! Campers will compete every day in a nurturing atmosphere that offers instruction and play in small groups based on experience, ability, age and size. It is our sincere intention to provide something special for every camper. Instructor: Mark McKnight
