2016 Fitter, Faster, Stronger 12 Month Fitness Challenge: Make and keep those New Years Resolutions this year. During 2016, we are challenging you to complete 12 monthly fitness challenges to make this year your strongest yet! Each month, you'll tackle a unique new challenge whether it's biking, running, swimming...and more. We'll provide you with a tracking sheet each month to help keep you accountable.
How the Challenge Works:
1. Sign up www.playbentonville.org or register at BCC (provide email)
2. December receive your unique challenge ribbon and one of the kind t-shirt with each challenge list on the back with a empty box next to it.
3. Schedule an In-body test with Jenn at email@example.com
4. You will receive via email a January 30/30/30 challenge spreadsheet
5. By the 15th of each month receive our fitness challenge newsletter with success stories, updates, group pictures, and nutritional information
6. Complete each unique challenge each month and receive a pin to put on ribbon to show completion and an "X" on t-shirt on the month of each competed challenge
7. Complete all 12 challenges receive a finishers medal to complete your ribbon and your name on our 2016 Finisher Plaque which will be displayed at the BCC.
Incentives to signing up for the year long 2016 Fitness Challenge
1. Motivation each month to stay active and keep moving
2. Monthly newsletter with success stories, group pictures, nutrition, and prize updates.
3. Entered into our Fitness Challenge monthly drawing to receive prizes
4.Receive one of a kind t-shirt that the community will recognize and want to be part of an elite, motivated group in our community and spreading the word of getting Bentonville to move.
5. Free entry to Bentonville Race Series September's 5K race/t-shirt
6. Invitation to end of year closing Fitness Challenge Ceremony at Bentonville Community Center in December 2016.
