This level builds on early movement skills and introduces foundational acro technique. Students will practice skills including forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, pre-round-offs, and stretching. Emphasis is placed on safe progressions, proper alignment, flexibility training, and developing the strength needed for more advanced acro work. Students also enhance coordination, confidence, and performance readiness.
No class will be held on Black Friday, November 28.
No classes will be held from Christmas Eve Wednesday, December 24 through New Years Eve Wednesday, December 31.
All program withdraw or transfer requests must be received in writing before the 20th of the month prior to the program start date. After the 20th of the month, all credit and transfer requests are at the discretion of the program director.
