Prerequisites: Can perform a front glide and swim 5 yards without an instructional flotation device on front and back, and blow bubbles for 10 seconds. Emphasis is on stroke development and endurance while putting the skills learned in Pike together to develop rhythmic breathing and swimming on the back for 15 yards.
