A fun, group workout that includes exercises to help improve endurance, strength, and flexibility for all levels. Class uses a variety of studio equipment, body weight exercises, movement patterns, and skills for a great workout. Participants learn proper form and execution, under direction of a certified personal trainer, for a safe and effective workout. Class is different each week with a variety of cardio and strength exercises, as well as exercise patterns like circuits, intervals, sets and repetition. Taught by Certified Personal Trainer. Participants should wear appropriate foot wear and clothing to workout in and bring a water bottle.
