Get strong and fit. Learn proper lifting techniques, weight training guidelines and how to perform sets and reps safely and effectively. Participants will use free weights, TRX, body weight and strength equipment on the fitness floor. Taught by Certified Personal Trainers Ed Bryant and John Kane. Class length is 60 minutes.
