About This Activity

Description

This activity is closed to further registration.

After completing Teen Strength I, participants will learn techniques that will develop muscle groups in a safe and correct manner. This course will carry participants in techniques and gym etiquette that will last a life time. Participants will use different free weight exercises for each muscle group. One hour class taught on the fitness floor by certified trainer Ed Bryant.
