We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, November 30, 2016.
Tae Kwon Do is the ancient and scientific art of self defense, it literally means the way of striking with the fist or foot. In this class you will learn dynamic kicks and punches while meeting new friends in a positive atmosphere.
This class will provide an atmosphere where you can learn various virtues of the martial arts that include self-discipline, respect, concentration and competition. It teaches the value of tranquility within one's self, which in turn aids us in developing peace and harmony with our fellow man.
While this class will be focused on 6-12 year olds, all ages are welcome regardless of age or ability. All students will be taught on the principle of continuous improvement. You will not be compared to others, only to yourself.
