Our goal is to develop upper body strength, movement awareness, confidence in being in an inverted position, an understanding of falling techniques and landing positions. We will use various drills that require them to go upside down, tuck, roll, turn, jump, go backwards, go down inclines, and more! All elements are progressive and will lead to another skill. We teach the children according to their ability.
Please have children wear tennis shoes, shorts and a t-shirt. If activity is full, please add your child to the wait list in case we are able to add another session.
