(DROP-OFF Program): This fun active 'training' will work on skills such as balance, power, speed and agility; turning all participants into future Hill House 'Ninja Warriors!' There will be new obstacle courses or creative physical challenges each week to test our participants and help strengthen their ninja skills!Check out our other fun programs this winter by looking at our complete Winter Schedule

Equipment needed for this program:• All needed equipment or materials will be provided by Hill House.• Players should all be dressed in athletic wear and basketball-appropriate sneakers.
