About This Activity
Description
(Ages 14+) Movement Mentors offers 1:1 personalized fitness support to help participants achieve goals such as improving physical fitness, balance, hand-eye coordination, and independence in using the recreation centers. Utilizing recreation center amenities like the weight room, basketball gym, spin bikes, and lap pool, our mentors will create a tailored plan to support your fitness journey. Please note that while we are passionate about movement and fitness, our mentors are not certified personal trainers.This program is designed as a 1:1 class. If you'd like to register with a friend to make it a 1:1 class, please have one person register and then email Emily Nelsen to coordinate.
