Great training opportunity for Cadet/Junior Nationals! Our goal at Takedown Gym’s Battle Camp Pro Intensity is to expand on wrestlers skill set and develop their core technique. You will learn how to execute a variety of moves in core areas that will definitely improve your wrestling, but more importantly our goal is for you to be ready to perform new technique in live situations. You will complete a rigorous daily schedule that will include hard wrestling practices, world-class technique, and high intensity wrestling specific strength training, conditioning, and mental preparation. Your stay at camp is 3 days long. Consider bringing 6-8 complete sets of workout clothes (including knee pads). Personal hygiene and cleanliness are extremely important and will be stressed every day of the camp. Because of the high-intensity environment, the Intensive Wrestling Camps are only for wrestler’s 7th grade and above.
