Does your kid have a passion for solving problems or have a passion for helping others? In partnership with the Summit County Sheriff's Department, this new afterschool program will give participants an inside look at all the different aspects of Law Enforcement, including hands on crime scene training, photography, fingerprinting, shoe print impressions, and DNA collection. Our Secret Agents in training can expect guest Appearances by K-9 Babe and her Handler, the Special Operations Division with their Robots and Drones, School Resource Officers, the SMART Mental Health Team, & Animal Control. At the end of the 15-week session participants will get the chance to solve a mock case with a real Detective. Participation is critical for children to learn their roles for the mock trial at the end of the 15 week session.
No Class Sept 24th because of Rec Center closure.
Transportation is provided from Upper Blue and Breckenridge Elementary. Students not attending Breckenridge schools are encouraged to participate but need to provide their own transportation.
