About This Activity
Description
Figure skaters require more than just on-ice training to improve their skills. This class will focus on the important off-ice conditioning categories of cardio, strength training, dance, and off-ice jumps and spins. Time will also be allotted to discuss the importance of nutrition, mental health and time management in a figure skater's daily routine.
Appropriate workout attire and footwear is required.
This class runs January 11th - May 23rd. No Class on February 22nd and April 18th for Winter and Spring break.
