Not sure which level to choose? Click HERE.Youth Level 1 – Ages 5-12 yearsChildren will learn foundational skills to use as a building blocks for future stroke development including:
- Being comfortable and able to safely enter and exit water on their own
- Opening eyes underwater and retrieving objects
- Floating comfortably on front and back
- Being able to alternate arm and leg movement simultaneously on front and back
- Gliding for a prolonged time and taking some strokes
