Pamela has been practicing yoga for more than 19 years. Initially drawn to the mat to balance her running routine, she remained as the deeper awareness and meditative benefits took hold. Pamela strives to create a comfortable and safe environment--free of judgement and full of love--where everyone, no matter their experience, can comfortably explore what yoga means to them, and have a little fun while finding out!
