About This Activity
2 vs. 2-3 touches - 360 degrees! This is roundnet (or Spikeball). Most similar to beach volleyball with two players on each team, but instead of hitting over the net, you "spike" the ball onto the net in a way that makes it difficult (or better, impossible!) for the opposition to return. After the serve bounces off the net there are no boundaries in this exhilarating 360 degree sport. Students will improve their overall fitness, learn to play as part of a two player team and - most importantly - have fun. In an encouraging learning environment, we will start with roundnet basics and work our way up to become successful roundnet-players. It’s all about team spirit, developing a sense of achievement, and having fun through movement.
