Description
Wilderness Camp offers a variety of activities and allows more campers to progress from beginner skills to more advanced skills. All camp activities are supervised in a fun and safe environment. Activities include bug hunts, nature walks, frisbee, kite flying, dancing, crafts, drama, daily swimming, painting, sports, and much more! Wilderness Camp is only offered during weeks 9 & 10. *Children attending Camp Wilderness must have already completed kindergarten and be potty trained. CAMP LOCATION: Sand Hill Scout Reservation 11210 Cortez Blvd Brooksville, FL 34613 CAMP SESSIONS: Weekly, July 29-August 8th* *Wilderness Camp only runs Weeks 9-10. Please register your child for Weeks 1-8 (June 3-July 26) at one of our other camps. **NO CAMP Friday, August 9th. CAMP DAY: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM Morning Care* 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Traditional Camp Day 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Afternoon Care* *Morning and Afternoon care is available at NO additional fee. *Please do not drop off your child later than 10:00 AM, and pick up earlier than 3:00 PM. These times may vary on field trip days. MANDATORY PARENT ORIENTATION: More information to come. REGISTRATION FEE: A one-time registration fee is required for all registrations and will be added to your account once enrollment has been verified. Enrollments that are paid in full at registration will have this fee applied to their account to draft from the payment method on file. If no payment method is saved on account, this amount will be set on a payment plan as a balance due. 23/24 School Age Program participants who paid the fee upon school age registration will have this fee waived. WEEKLY FEES: $133.00 WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP DAILY: -Snack and Refillable water bottle -Towel and change of clothes (please label) -Positive attitude! -NO electronics or cell phones PLEASE NOTE: Participants must be enrolled by THURSDAY of the week PRIOR TO which they plan to attend in order to start the following Monday.
