Texas Team's All Sports Training is designed to develop the skills necessary for increased physical sports performance. Using windows of opportunity (A short period of time during which an opportunity must be acted on or missed) and age appropriate instruction, Texas Team's All Sports Training program guarantees improvements in speed, agility, body strength, coordination, and body awareness. The program also builds on important sports concepts such as teamwork and cooperation, character, and confidence. Our 10-week program incorporates sports specific training, for kids K - 5th grade, through lessons in Tennis, Soccer, Basketball and Plyometrics. Participants will be engaged, appropriately challenged, and awarded for effort. This program is unique because rather than focusing on one sport, such as soccer, in which footwork and movement will be worked on, our program will advance a variety of movement skills which will then be useful for any sport.
