GOLD PLUS: *Swimmers must be approved by Coach to attend GOLD + workouts. GOLD PLUS level swimmers must know all 4 strokes, basic turns, race starts and familiar with using the swim pace clock. Workouts will include: longer drill sets, endurance sets, with less rest time in between sets. Overall workout pace is more intense in yardage, challenge sets and rest times. NO PRACTICES SCHEDULED FOR 9/5, 10/31, 11/21-11/24 AND 12/26-1/5.
