Description

This activity is closed to further registration.

Enjoy the benefits of swimming workouts with a coach providing technical stroke instruction, drills, and interval training. By improving swimming technique and speed, participants will also achieve a greater cardiovascular workout, build endurance, and define muscles without the impact on joints and knees.
