This activity is closed to further registration.
This program is designed for the young person who may be interested in competitive swimming. Participants should be able to swim 25 yds of front or back crawl using proper breathing techniques. They will be introduced to the breast stroke, work on entry and turning techniques, and develop an individual workout. Swimmers will learn to use training devices such as kickboards, pull buoys, and flippers.
Please bring your own swimsuit, towel, and lock.
