Description
This is an introduction to Track and Field events for youth in grades 4-9. Youth entering grade 9 are welcome to join. Eva Leatherman, Ella Boback, and Ray Bondy, Carlisle High School Track & Field alumni, will be coaching this program. This 9-week long club will focus on introducing the fundamentals of track and field in a fun and interesting way. This program will cover many different events, including sprinting, hurdling, jumping, throwing, and distance running.
The club will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 6/10 until 8/16 from 6:00-7:30p.m. at Mooreland Athletic Area. NO CLUB 7/1, 7/3, 7/5.
*Please plan to be outside for the entire time and dress appropriately for outdoor weather. Coaches will email parents in the event of inclement weather and cancellation or change in location.
