Enjoy the beauty of spring mornings in Thornwald Park during your early-morning workout. From Green Dragon Wakes up to T'ai Bird Combines Yin and Yang into one, play with two easy exercise sets based on the movements of animals. T'ai chi and qigong are gentle ways to improve your overall fitness and wellness, particularly breathing, strength, and flexibility.
