In CIRCUS ARTS CAMP (9am-noon) kids will learn the basics of tumbling, balancing, juggling, and physical comedy, as well as develop fitness and gain confidence in their bodies, while picking up some circus history, lore, and lingo along the way. VARIETY THEATRE CAMP (1-4pm) will use improvisational theatre games to develop performing skills in a fun and nurturing environment! Campers will learn the importance of focus and presence. They'll become more responsive to their fellow performers and use their bodies more expressively to create characters and environments, while exploring their own unique skills and interests to create an entertaining performance. Students will have a supervised lunch break/outdoor free time (weather permitting) from noon-1pm. Bring a sack lunch. Throughout the week, we'll develop a showcase performance to share with families on Friday! Instructor: Joe Reichlin
