This camp will encourage your child to fully engage their mind and body while playing some of PWC’s famous woodland games! We will have a variety of imaginative, story-driven games that encourage fair and honorable play. Children will learn how to work in groups: sharing, negotiating, and resolving conflicts in a safe environment. During these games, your child will strive to be quiet as a fox, fast as a wolf, keen as an eagle, and persistent as the wind! Through stories and honor circles, children can process their feelings and understand what it means to be part of a woodland games community. This program allows for drop-off between 8 - 9 AM. Pick-up is between 2:45 and 3 PM. Add aftercare to pick up between 3 - 5:30 pm for an additional $80. CITs (Counselors in Training) are required to attend Outdoor Leadership Camp. CIT Level II, please email camp@piedmontwildlifecenter.org with the camp(s) you are interested in them attending. Our staff will be happy to confirm their level and fill out their registration without the need to pay tuition. CIT's are expected to be at camp from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. Drop off as early as 8 am.
