Become a TRY KID in Try Kidz Triathlon Camp! Throughout the week, you will find what it takes to be a triathlete. Learn how to swim like a triathlete, develop bike- handling and safety practices, and learn the fundamentals of running. Through transition practice and basic workouts, functional muscular training, and specific skills-based workouts based on age and athletic ability, you will up your game and become the tri-champion you are meant to be! In addition, learn about body fueling and healthy living, good sportsmanship, and the USA Triathlon Youth rules, as well as play lots of games. It will be a week of hard work, lots of reward, and even more fun! *You will need you own gear and especially bikes! It doesn’t have to be anything fancy, just 2 wheels and it rolls!
